In June, of 2003 Deborah Senior left her 10 year career as a Systems Analyst at IBM to start her own business. What started out years ago as a life changing message to write about her experiences, culminated into a business enterprise namely, JIM Unltd. Productions, which includes fashion, music, stage plays and on-line videos.

Deborah is founder and CEO of the high fashion Christian clothing Company,  JIM Unlimited Clothing Co.  (JIM Unltd.) established in 2003. She serves as a key member on JIM Unltd. Productions. In 2010 JIM Unltd. Prod. produced an original soundtrack and stage play  “The Petition”, which tells the story of a young man navigating his way through the trials and temptations faced by young people in today’s fast paced society.

In 2011, Deborah relaunched her non-profit organization called No Turning Back. which provides programs and services that promoted enrichment in lives through personal empowerment, self-determination and life-skills training.

Although Deborah is successful in her path of entrepreneurship and career, she is very zealous about her professional career as a motivational speaker. She is committed and passionate about helping others overcome the many obstacles plaguing today’s society. She speaks about eliminating the band-aid approach, while encouraging a life free from destructive behaviors through personal recollections.

Deborah graduated with a 4.0, Summa Cum Laude Honor from York College, receiving a B.S. and an A.A.S degree in Information Systems Management. She received numerous honors including the Phi Theta Kappa Honor, and Who’s Who Award.

Deborah has been married for 30 years, and is the mother of four children and one foster child.
